Hey everyone

This blog is meant as an online archive for all my baking work over the years.
Feel free to browse all the flavours and different cakes I make as a hobby as well as requests from friends.

Sadly I cannot document the wonderful cakes I've made in the past as I did not have access to a proper camera/phone camera etc etc.
So anyway, my cakes are mostly a mix of recipes obtained online and from recipe books and to respect publisher rights I shall not be posting the recipes without consent.

But I will add a note at the end if the creation is my own or a variation of a recipe from somewhere else. *hah*

I am in no way an artiste and you may notice my cakes don't have quite the same flair as cakes you see in a shopping mall covered in decorative cream and colouring.
My cakes are all about the flavour!

So its a little modified,
Using an oreo cookie crust
with helping of strawberries on top.

Strawberry Nutella Choc Cake

So I made this cake for a friend of mine and the address below is where I took the recipe from. Yes its every bit as good as it looks. I didnt add whipped cream as I'm not really a fan of it.

A good friend of mine is leaving for Australia for work and his girlfriend organized a farewell dinner of sorts. No doubt he'll be back in a year or so to see us *cough* but still, the idea of him being away from her. Hoping the cake acts as a good luck charm, he's gonna need it.
